“A holistic path to reconnect with yourself and your art.
“InHarmony — where musicians find balance between body, mind, and soul.”
The Story - How InHarmony was born
Inma del Valle Fotografía
For many years, my life was guided by fear.
Fear of not being enough, of making mistakes, of not meeting expectations.
Every time I stepped on stage, my body would tense up and my mind would fill with intrusive thoughts:
“What if I fail? What if they think I’m not good enough?”
I couldn’t fully enjoy the music, because everything inside me was in conflict.
When I made a mistake, I punished myself harshly.
I lived under enormous pressure — both from the outside and from my own inner critic.
But the truth is, it didn’t only happen on stage.
It started long before — in my everyday life.
I found it difficult to express myself, to say what I truly thought or felt.
I was afraid of being judged, so I stayed silent.
My mind never stopped, but my voice did.
I held everything inside until I could no longer hear myself.
That disconnection — from my emotions, from my body, from my truth — gradually took away my joy, both in life and in music.
It was when I moved to the Netherlands that everything began to shift.
That period marked a turning point — a deep personal crisis that, although painful at the time, became the doorway to transformation.
For the first time, I stopped and looked inward.
I began to understand that the tension, the anxiety, the self-doubt I felt while playing were not coming from the piano, but from within me.
Gradually, I discovered tools that helped me reconnect — with my body, my essence, my breath, my presence.
Meditation, movement, journaling, dance… each of them brought me closer to myself and to the music in a new, more authentic way.
And that’s how InHarmony was born.
From a deep need to share what helped me heal, to understand and know myself, to transform fear into trust and return to joy through music.
Today, I accompany other musicians on that same journey — helping them find their voice, their body, their truth.
Because if I could do it, so can you.

Mision - Why InHarmony?
Vision - What is InHarmony?
InHarmony is a holistic approach to well-being created especially for musicians.
It recognizes that we are much more than our instrument or technique — we are whole beings, with mental, emotional, physical, and energetic dimensions that constantly interact.
The purpose of InHarmony is to accompany you in reconnecting with all these parts of yourself, so that your interpretation flows from authenticity and inner balance.
To create a safe, conscious space where musicians can:
Reconnect with their essence.
Transform fear and pressure into presence.
Cultivate balance and self-compassion.
Discover a new way of being on stage — freer, more authentic, more alive.
InHarmony is not only about improving performance; it’s about creating harmony from within.
InHarmony sessions
Each InHarmony Coaching Session is a one-hour individual meeting where we explore your current needs as a musician and person.
We work through the four bodies — mental, physical, emotional, and energetic — bringing awareness and care to each dimension.
Every session is unique and tailored to your process. Sometimes we start with meditation or breathing, sometimes with movement or reflection — always following what you need in that moment.
The goal: to feel grounded, connected, and open to express yourself freely through your music.
