A significant personal crisis in 2019 gave me the opportunity to know myself, giving me time to go inside and showing me the importance of self-care. Years of anxiety, repression, intrusive thoughts, stage fright, judgment, and so on started to dissolve little by little. Blessed crises that shake us and transform us.
During this time of introspection, I came up and developed tools that helped me connect with love and stop living from fear, to keep myself present, to connect with my essence, and freeing myself, both in life and on stage.
Feeling aligned. Feeling InHarmony.
How was born InHarmony?
InHarmony is a holistic approach to well-being created especially for musicians. It recognizes that we are more than our technique or discipline — we are whole beings, with emotional, mental, physical, and energetic dimensions that constantly interact.
Through individual coaching sessions, I offer a personalized space to reconnect with yourself and bring gentle, conscious attention to each of these four bodies. The aim is not just balance, but a deep and sustainable sense of inner harmony - in life and in your performance, unlocking your potential so that you can express yourself freely and enjoy every note you play.
